I am 14 and want to know what are good workouts for my abbs

The main workouts that people do are called ab or stomach crunches.

These involve you sitting down on the floor then lying your head down flat, then lifting up with your hands behind your head, such that you feel the strain in the abs.

you then repeat this several times until you get tired doing it, and this basically works the abs.

Of course you will only see the abs through if your stomach is fairly fat free!

Concerning Abb workouts - if you do this exercise do be careful to do it correctly otherwise you can very quickly STRAIN YOUR LOWER BACK. - When you are lying on your back = remember to keep both knees bent.
