How do you get a bring your own licence, if you want to open a BYO restaurant. What are the rules and does it cost lots ?

I would imagine it depends on which country you are in, rules will change greatly from one to another.

Perhaps you should ask in a popular business forum wherever you are based - there should be someone there who is able to help!
