How do I count calories per gram? Example: If I have 100gram chicken and it has got 445calories in. How do I calculate how many calories is in 1gram? I will only eat say, 15gram chicken. How do I calculate the calories?

There are charts that contain this sort of info on various websites - it is very hard to do it otherwise!

Wouldn't u just divide 445 by 100? like the number / grams? I think but could b wrong
