Well on the first girl that i liked i thought she like me and i was thinking that she really liked me to. so i asked her out by a note. she said no after reading the note in front of all her friends. who some of our friends are the same. now she never talks to me.

Do u mean always about the girl you like? If it is then yeah maybe the girl likes u. Maybe she just didn't want to admit it infront of all her mates or didn't like that u didn't ask her In person and wrote a note.
