I think you can because there are different kinds of model's. so yeah you can i don't see anything bad about it really

OK so first I know nothing about modelling apart from TV shows, and based on that when they have tattoos and things they are usually told that could stop them getting jobs so I think if you have a lip piercing whilst you will still get some work there are quite a few jobs that you won't get because of it so you should consider taking it out - if you can believe what you see on tv anyway

It depends what type of modelling it is that you do.

I've never seen a high fashion model with any tattoos or piercings on their face in magazines and so on, so that is ruled out.

However there are so many other types of modelling these days that I'm sure there will be something for you, although generally I would think it to be a disadvantage at castings and so on.
