How do Descartes and Locke account for our ability to have the ideas of infinity, perfection, and god?

Descartes and Locke come from differing schools of philosophy. For Descartes these can be innate or God given.

For Locke one of the first in the firmly empiricist tradition, these are concepts that are learnt from experience and extracted from other things that we learn about and perceive.
