Format usb flash drive

Can someone advise me on how to format a fat32 16gb flash drive to ntfs format. tks.

First you want to make sure that USB drive is blank or that you have backed everything up off it, as when you format the drive this will wipe it.

Then on most computers all that you do is right click on the drive from the my computer menu and then choose the format option, and pick the format that you want. Certainly what you are planning to do will enable it to use the storage space on there more efficiently and make it all available for usage.
