Format usb flash drive

Can someone advise me on how to format a fat32 16gb flash drive to ntfs format. tks.

A: To enable NTFS on your USB Flash Drive drive (USB Flash Memory):

1. Right click My Computer and select Manage.

2. Open the Device Manager and find your USB drive under the Disk Drives heading.

3. Right click the drive and select Properties.

4. Choose Policies tab and select the "Optimize for performance" option.



5. Click OK.

6. Open My Computer.

7. Select Format on the flash drive.

8. Choose NTFS in the File System dropdown box.

9. Device Formatting is completed.

Oh thats is not something to worry about.
1.Double click My Computer
2.Select the flashdrive
3.Right click it and go to Properties
4.Select Format using the FAT32 not NTFS
5.If this processes are not working, you got to use the COMMAND PROMPT.
COMMAND PROMPT
1.Make sure you are in the flash drive options
2.Type FORMAT: then press ENTER.
