Here is the question: Geography considers ALL of the following EXCEPT!!!!: a) why cities are located where they are b) why some areas develop while others don't c) why rivers flow in certain directions d) how technology can affect development I know it isn't a or b; but I am torn between c & d. What is your opinion.
