Getting rid of spots

I have a problem... i have lots of spots on my forehead and on my cheeks and it is really itchy...I've tried everything. Expensive creams,lemons,aloevera.
What should i do? please help me

What is your diet like? Do you eat a lot of junk and not drink water? That can effect your skin.
some tips :
+Don't scrub too hard on your skin
+eat healthy and drink lots
+Dont use too many products on your skin
+Exfoliate in the shower

Hi i have had spots 4 years now they used to be really bad but r getting better i just wash my face moring and night with soap and warm water and drink loads of water

spots are awful

People have told me about toothpast but it could give you more spots, i am going to try it, then maybe tee tree oil because that is said to be good for the skin.
face wipes usually keep most of them away but some don't work, antiseptic cream works wonders, but remember to put it on over night and wash it off in the mornings.

Just stay aware of your health drink lots of water and try tieing your hair all back in a poney becasue if yhoo leav your fringe down you dont get air to that part of your head so u get spots [red][/red]

How to get rid of spots?

For agss i have been trying ot get rid of my spots , ive tryed;
sudocrem,
toothpaste,
tablets,
drinking 5 litres of water a day,
clenser,
clinque,
cream,
7 hours nuterougne gel
+ more. [red]none[/red]of them have worked and i will do anything to get rid of them( they are on my forehead mainly) please reply Thanks.

If you really want to try to get rid of spots
try using a facial steamer once a week. i use this and i have nearly clear skin it is only not totally clear because i wear make-up 5days a week.
firstly steam your face for 1-15 mins and then wash and exfoliate with cold water this will close pores back up

For spots with a yellow head; clean a needle. And just pop them. then apply some moisturising cream of your choice. i recommend aqueous cream or E45.

Please help, i put sudocrem on my skin & it defo improved in the morning and i didnt know if you were ment to wash it off cus loads of people said so, so i did and its gone all red and blotchy again please help, everyone hates spots
