Help! Spots!

Heya,
Im a 13 year old girl who is 5 ft 9", and will most likely get taller in the near future. I'm a slim build, with long brown hair and grey eyes. My facial features are all quite nice too, I'd really love to start modelling...
BUT,
I have spots, as do all normal teen girls, but I feel that i'd like to get rid of them mostly before I apply to any agencies or anything, as I think it would definatley help my chances.

Any suggestions on how I can get rid of them?

Hiya as for the modeling i wish you all the luck! and yes you have time to get taller so dont worry about that. As for the spot the worst thing you can do is worry about them remember your age and all the changes your goin through it can be very stressfull exspicailly if its modeling you want to do but one of the most common cures is drinkin lot of water if you dont think its makin any difference consult your GP but like i said dont stess it wont help and it wont go on forever !!!!!!!!!!
