Milky Way spin rate

At the speed that our Milky Way galaxy is spinning, it seems that it has completed very few rotations in its lifetime to date.

Or have I miscalculated?

How many rotations has our Milky Way galaxy completed since it's creation?

What is the speed of the milky way galaxy, and relevant to what is the speed measured (relative to other galaxies?)

It would be interesting to know the answer to those although I know it is answering a question with another question!

Is there any relevance as to how many rotations the galaxy has made during its lifetime - is there any particular reason one would expect a certain number.
