Model Advice

Has anyone ever attended an assessment day or had anything to do with the company above. I have been invited to go down so they can hopefully kickstart my career. I am worried if this is a waste of my time, as I have heard about agencies etc promising careeers and nothing happening.

I don't know anything about modelling, but there is a modelling category on this site with loads of information and tips on things like being safe in modelling and how to do it write so maybe read the stuff there for more info?!
