Perhaps the hamster is scared. Put a treat in your hand and let it nibble on it, this will make it realise that your hand is a good place to be

The real way

Slide ur hand slowley and gentley into its cage and come from the side. Be slow and dont be fearfall genly stroke it slowley on its side. if it sqels gat ur hand out and leave it till the next day and keep reapeting the process.
this may take a long time but this hamster needs to get used to human touch.

Suggestion

Perhaps your hands smell of food or something tasty that the hamster might like. If i was you i would wash my hands before you pick her up and see if she comes to you.

Get it used to lots of stroking, the hamster isn't a monster, it is just protecting itself from what it sees as a threat to it. The hamster needs to realise that you are not a threat, if it is squealing that it normally indicates you are either seriously scaring it or inflicting pain onto it. Once the hamster has gained more trust of you, start gently cupping the hamster to pick it up, be quite deliberate so that you are not shocking it. Only do this inside the cage so that if she does wriggle or bite that she is not loose in the house. Once you are more confident as well as she is, you should be able to handle her outside of the cage. Remember that these animals are very delicate and too hard a grip could easily force too much pressure on their internal organs or bones. Common sense but always make sure you wash your hands before and after handling.

Well maybe you should stop bothering it, it might just be one of those hamsters who doesn't like being picked up. just put food on your hand so it starts to realise your hand isnt that bad.... but it might go bonkers and eat your whole hand, so er watch out
