Shareholders with 340,000 (3 x 100,000 and 1 x 40,000) shares wish to buy 100,000 shares from another shareholder in the same proportion as their original holding.

The result will be 440,000 shares but owned by 4 shareholders and not 5.

I hope this is clear and I want to know how much the 4 new share holders will require to pay to purchase the 100,000 shares.

Thanks
