PHP mssql login script

Needs some help with a login script, I am trying to write a PHP login script that will let a member sign-in and download a zip file automatic and then sign the member off
after the download automatic. This is what I have so far:

Not one I can help with I'm afraid as I don't know anything about that sort of thing, but I notice there is nothing written after 'here's what I have so far?'
