Stray cat comes & stays, with kittens. Help!

A darling, very young cat (really just a kitten herself) has had kittens under our house. We can't get to them. What should we do? We leave food & water for the mama but only see her on occasion. She is very friendly when she does come out. We are afraid a raccoon or something will get under the house and get them. Does anyone have any suggestions for us?
We want to help her!

You should pay somebody to get them out don't call animal control though because they will take them away
