Anyone have some good tips on relieving stress?

Personally I find the best way is just to go somewhere quiet, for instance the bedroom when no one else is in, and lie down in peace and quiet for five minutes.

I know there are lots of other tips out there though...

Hey i find that having a nice hot relaxing shower or bath relives stress and relaxes your body. it takes stress away from your stressful day.

A min cuddle from some1 u love, and then a nice shoulder/back massage 2 take the tension away is great, Just getting someone 2 do it maybe not so easy, gentle yoga routines r gr8t 2, If u can't b bothered with that a nice cuppa somthin hot,n feet up!

Sit alone with the eyes closed for 10 minutes and do meditation.

Simple --- > Do the things which u like , listen to some soothing music, eat the food u like or sing aloud , take a hot shower and have a good sleep , jst enjoy
