Things to do in New York

Hey

I'm going to America soon and going to be staying in New York for a week.

Can anyone tell me what are the best things to do there and what I 'should do'?

I know there's loads of stuff and looking in the guide books there is just too much to do and not enough time, so any help on the things that must be done would be really useful.

There are loads of websites out there that tell you what to do in New York

The 'standard' sort of things to do are things like:

Empire States building

Central Park

Going to Times Square and then again at night

Going on a boat trip on the river Hudson

Probably going to some museums and galleries that interest you

... and of course lots of other things too!
