I thought he liked me....?

This year I transferred to a new school, and there were lots of cute boys. One in particular I've kind of been crushing on since August. Just a few months ago we became friends though. We're both part of the same friend circle, so we see each other a lot. 2 weekends ago I went to a party and "accidentally" hooked up with him. I had hoped before the party that we would though. After I got home, he called me and told me he liked me, and confirmed this again with a text the nest day about how he'd been hoping to get to know me since we had first met. I admitted that I liked him too and that we liked being together at the party. The next day at school it was a little awkward, but that was expected. The problem is that he is really good friends with lots of girls, pretty ones too, much prettier than me. And when we all hang out, it's clear that he's more confortable around them and often barely talks to me...He did text me twice over the weekend, instead of the usual me texting him first...but today he barely looked at me, and we didn't talk once. My friends knew I was upset about something, b/c I was depressed all day, and I thought I could just get over him and stop caring b/c it was just a hookup. But I really do like him and I have no clue what to do now, b/c it's not like he's being mean, but he just seems a little clueless/shy with me, and I'm afraid to take control and be a bigger flirt b/c he might just freak out about being committed to one girl....Please give me some advice...

Well if he doesnt know that u like him i would tell him..and if he alredy does just ask him out and see wat he says cause the worst thing he can say is no so i would go for it but thats just me so do what ever ur heart tells u...i hpe all goes well

Hmmm. People always hav this particular problem and it doesn't go away dat easy it stays for a while. I had a similar problem. But it has been settled bcos i found som1 else. The 1st few weeks wasn't easy for me but I later accepted d fact that she belongs to some1 else and that helped me to find the right person. So my beloved friend. HE isn't the right guy. The right guy is standing by the corner and u can't see him except u 4get about the wrong guy
