Too old for these stupid spots

Hi am 20 years old and have had spots for years now. there allways on and off.. 1 week ill have loads,and the next they would ov died down. i only reli get them around my mouth and chin area.. i have tried allsorts ov spot treatment but they never work properly, yeh they reduce the redness and size a bit thats it. the only thing i know that gets rid ov them is when i go on holoday, the warm weather and the sun tanning me just gets them gone. but 2 weeks bk at home they appear again..... can any1 help me cause am sic ov these spots now and am 20!!
