Want hips and thighs trimmed and slender

Hi, I am a female, 14 yrs and 6 months, weigh about 110 pounds, 5 feet in height so i wanna know if i am overweight or short. i really think i am both because of the heredity i have got from my parents. they both are short and obese. i just do certain aerobics like rope skipping and jumping so as to stay fit but never exercise harshly so not to affect my already slowly growing height. one more thing that i want my thighs and hips to be trimmed and want them to be slender as they're so heavy and corpulent. look exaggerating posterior is really embarassing. please tell me what should i do if i am overweight or even healthy since i want to be slim. suggest me some exercises as well. i take a healhty diet that includes milk, fruits, roti, rice, fruit juices etc. i wld be highly thankful for ur suggestions and reply. so waiting to hear from u. Thank you.

You are very very slightly overweight. Someone your height should be between 100 and 105 pounds. Nothing really to worry about. There's this new fitness thingy I saw advertised called the leg master, it was this special like machine for leg trimming. Looked pretty good. And I dunno about your height , you probably are short as you do stop growing at 18 but you never know. You can always hope for a growth spurt. My height don't bother me , I just wear heels. Lol

Regular walking - and swimming would help you with this problem - but you need to try to do it as much as you can. - Swimming every week. - Get off the bus a stop before you need to and walk the rest of the way home. ( every day )
