YUMMY PINA COLADA MUFFINS

18.25-oz box yellow or butter cake mix
1 tsp coconut extract
1 tsp rum extract
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 to 1 cup nuts, chopped
8-oz can undrained crushed pineapple

Prepare cake mix following package instructions.
Add other ingredients. Mix 1 minute - DON'T OVER-MIX.
Grease muffin tins and fill 3/4 full.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes.

Just great for brunch or an afternoon tea.
