How To Add Substance To A Curry

Food And Drink : Main Courses

Do you love eating curry but limit it to the take away?

This is a common experience as many people find that when it comes to making their own curry at home it lacks something authentic about it.

Often this means that they can't just get the same substance and nice thickness to the curry that they get at the restaurant so what to do to make the curry thicker?

Well here is one idea that you can look to use!

Simply hard boil three eggs, and one you've done that slice them thinly.

Next place at the edge of the place so that the curry sauce seeps into them, and this adds a nice bit of substance to the curry.
