Celebrity weight loss is always talk of the town with people wanting to find out how these celebrities lost their weight. Here are a few of the main weight loss stories where celebrities have lost a lot of weight and transformed their bodies!

Kelly Osbourne
Kelly Obsborne is now known as a slender and fit celebrity, but she never used to be, throughout 2012 she continued to transform her body, here is her story:
Kelly dropped over 50lbs and is now almost unrecognizable from the chubby teenager she used to be. She puts it all down to fitness and eating healthy. She done a lot of dance, and worked out 5 times a week, using cardio to drop the fat and then strength exercise to tone up. Her mother Sharon also lost 100lbs however her weight loss was done to surgery.

Josie Gibson
Josie Gibson transformed her body last year completely. Here is here story:
Josie Gibson amazingly lost 6 stone now has a DVD out to help others do the same. It took 6 months and she was a size 20 and 16 stone remarkably she is now a size 10 and 10 stone. She followed a 1,250 calorie high protein low fat diet, with 20 mins workout a day based on interval training. Interval training meant she would exercise for 30 seconds and then take a breather meaning she would burn more calories during and after her workout.

Jennifer Hudson
Jennifer Hudson lost over 80 pounds after starring in Dreamgirls. Here is her story: Through using Weight Watchers and tracking her food, Jennifer went from a size 16 to a size 6. Her method was simple, smaller portion sizes and watching what she ate. She also ran around a lot after her toddler.
