How To Develop A Weaker Arm In Baseball

Sport : Baseball

When hitting the baseball, you need strength in both arms. Sure, one arm will always be dominant, but you should have balanced muscles and reactions in both arms.

Therefore one of the most rewarding drills you can perform is to grip the bat the 'wrong' way for you, with the other top hand, and practice playing that way.

This will help develop strength and co-ordination in your other hand, making you an even better and more potent player.

I would also encourage weightlifting. There are many routines that everyone of all ages can do to increase overall strength, reduce problems with injury and also help to develop strength evenly across the whole body.
