EBay Tips: Writing A Great Listing
| Money : EBay When you list on eBay, many people will cut and paste their description straight out of Word. The words may be nice, but it will be plain and dull black text on a white background. However if you are any good at HTML then you can really make your listing personalised and increase the chance of getting a sale when your listings page is viewed. To add HTML to your listing, all that you need to do is click on the 'Enter your own HTML' tab instead of the 'Standard' view. You can also preview your description before sending it off - worth well doing just in case there are any nasty formatting surprises!
