Eye Make-up For Blue Eyes
| Beauty : Eyes Step 1> Apply thin layer of Brown eyeliner on the outer rim of the eye, under the eye and on the eyelid. Step 2> Apply some brown mascara on top eyelashes and on bottom eyelashes. Step 3> Apply some gold eyeshadow on eyelid. This is Summer 06's look and it really makes the eye look bigger and opens it up.
