How To Get Rid Of Red Cheeks

If you aren’t sure what causes your red cheeks then make sure you keep a food or product journal to find out any patterns that seem to be occurring.

Write down everything you eat every day and any products you use on your face. Look in the mirror and note the appearance of your skin throughout the day. Avoid eating certain foods and using certain products until you’ve found out the cause.

Apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly to your face before going out into cold or windy weather as this will protect it from the elements. Avoid using harsh soaps and creams, as they might say they moisturise but really they contain chemicals that may irritate your skin. Try using natural products.

Avoid applying products to broken or sore skin as this will cause further irritation. You may want to turn the heating down if this seems to be the cause for your red cheeks as well. Try not to touch your face too much throughout the day as it could become red.
