How To Have Deluxe Christmas Roast Vegetables


We all love Christmas vegetables, however sometimes they can dry out, particularly when we are cooking a large bird it can be hard to get the timings right for the smaller and often quicker to cook pieces of meat that you may have with a roast dinner throughout the year.

Given this, then what can you do to ensure that you get really nice and deluxe Christmas roasted veg?

Well why not do something a little special, which in fact is easy - use a glaze of honey on root veg like your parsnips and your carrots. This adds a deluxe extra sweetness to them and makes eating them even more of a delight!
