How To Improve Bat Speed
Sport : Baseball One key aspect of a decent batter is the speed at which they can move the bat. The faster you move, the more likely to make the contact you want - and of course also the faster the swing the further the ball will go on a good contact. One way to practice is to add a little weight to your bat in practice - for instance a small few pound weight strapped onto the bat will make the swing slightly harder and more unwieldy. Then when you move back to the regular situation and regular weight of your bat, it will seem easier to move, resulting in you being able to learn to swing quicker and more accurately over a period of time.
