Keyword Spamming On EBay
| Money : EBay Another thing that is banned on eBay, and rightly so, is a practice called Keyword Spamming. This is where people include irrelevant words in the title of their listing to try and make it turn up in as many search results as possible. For instance you pick popular words that are nothing to do with your item and include them in the title - the thinking being that many searches will bring up the item and therefore you might attract more bids. However this is against the rules as eBay states that the description of an item should always be relevant - otherwise the whole site would break down.
