How To Make A Fabulous Stirfry
Food And Drink : Main Courses You'll need noodles, frozen chicken, optional beansprouts, whatever vegetables are lying around! Put a couple of frozen chicken breasts in the oven and cook them. Meanwhile, chop a few vegetables into chunks. Whatever you've got in the fridge will work - aubergines, peppers, celery, courgettes and broccoli all work well. Heat a little oil (sunflower, preferably) in a pan and throw all the veggies in with a packet of egg noodles and a tin of beansprouts if you have one. Chop the cooked chicken and add it to the pan too. Finally, beat a couple of eggs and stir into the mixture with plenty of spices. Paprika, ginger, cinnamon and black pepper are all good additions. Dessicated or creamed coconut adds a good flavour too. Stir it over the heat until the egg is cooked. Congratulations - you've made a great stir fry with a minimum of effort and ingredients.
