How To Make A Fruity Face And Body Mask
Beauty : Skincare If you have a lot of fruit in the house then you have the ingredients for a good homemade face and body mask. This particular one can be used on both face and body and is meant to soften your skin, whilst also making it feel cool and refreshed. It is a very good one to use in the summer when you are more likely to be buying fresh fruit because the choice is better, and also because of the cooling benefits to your skin. You need 2 slices of pineapple without rind, about a dozen green grapes, a medium sized banana (skin removed), a medium sized pear that has been cored, one half of a honey dew melon again with no rind, and a medium sized kiwi fruit that has been peeled. Then all you need to do is put the ingredients together in a food processor and set to the puree cycle. The mixture will be a bit lumpy but this is natural. Remove from the processor and take all mixture out into a suitable dish, and leave it in the fridge for no less than an hour before applying it to your body. Once you have spread it on your skin, taking care to avoid particularly delicate areas like the under eye skin, leave for half an hour to do the work, then rinse off with lukewarm water.
