Make Up Brushes
Beauty : Cosmetics Always buy good quality brushes as they will last longer and make your make up look much better. Also they wont irritate your skin. Natural bristles tend to be better but they do cost more. They’re ideal for larges areas on your face. Plastic handles can be very easy to clean, so if you’re using liquids, opt for these. Wooden ones obviously look nicer. Stiff, tightly packed bristles are perfect for eyebrows, but softer ones are better for loose powder. Concealer brushes can be synthetic if you are using liquid or cream. A small brush with a tapered round tip is ideal, or a flat one for dark circles under eyes. Longer handles are easier to work with, whereas shorted ones are good for carrying around in your bag. Overall, soft, natural bristles with a tapered head are generally the best ones to use. Try to avoid cheap packages with tens of brushes packed into one box for £1.99 as these are bound to be naff. A brush set from MAC would be the best option if you are new to this, so it gives you a variety but still high quality.
