How To Reduce Calories In Your Pizza
Beauty : Nutrition And Beauty We all - or certainly most of us - love pizza. The decadent melted cheese and the tomato on fresh pizza dough is delicious, but can also be quite calorific. So what can you do to get a better balance to your pizzas? Well the first tip is to make sure tht you have a vegetable pizza; so that there are few added calories there and that the pizza is good for you. Also ask if you can have it made with less cheese - particuarly if the place you go often has thick layers of cheese. Most places will be happy to do this for you (saves them a bit of money on cheese for the same price!) and it can also cut the calories you have significantly. If you make your own pizzas, again try to reduce the amount of cheese that you use. Be wary of using very low fat cheeses as these can make the pizza not so good as the cheese may not melt in the same way as normal cheese.
