| Self Development : Relationships Sometimes relationships are solid, and fail purely due to high expectations. Therefore when you enter into a relationship don't expect too much! That might sound terribly negative, but it isn't. And it's not to say that you should settle for second best, merely realise that relationships are not a bed of roses day in and day out. You should expect to compromise, have the occasional row and tension, and problems can and will occur. It is how we deal with those situations and overcome them that defines a good relationship. The overall point is that any relationship seems good in the early days when times are good, but it is the little tests and challenges that come along that prove how good a relationship really is!
