There is valuable data here waiting to be had - look at the drop off rate at each stage of the sales process. Is there a step where there is a massive drop off in conversions? If so, look at the offending step and see what could be going wrong - often it is a slow loading page or one that has a very unintuitive way of carrying on the sales process leading to visitors getting confused and leaving the site!
