When Not To Buy Shares
| Money : Investing Some people don't put much effort and research into the stocks and shares that they buy, and this can make the buying process boil down to pure luck - which is never advisable with your own money or anyone elses! Typical example: there is a general rumour going around that you hear that stock X is going to do really well; and of course being rumour it almost certainly has no actual basis in fact. Therefore if you buy on rumour and hearsay you are effectively exposing yourself to a call of luck as to whether the stock goes up and down.
