I am exercising since quite a time, but infrequently. My goal is to condition the body for harsh conditions because I love adventures and to prepare for some challenging ones, there needs to be some challenging practices I believe. I do not have a lot of fat, but my skin, it's lose and I can't find a complete workout program to ensure that it will take me to my required level. Exercise progressions, strength gaining, conditioning. I do not have access to Martial Arts and I hate gym for many reasons. I need to build up my core. Help ?
