How to clean high up windows
I live on the second floor so can't get a window cleaner to clean my windows. I have sash and case windows which are double glazed so they are too heavy to swing in. Does anyone know of a way to clean them?
I have heard rumors of a device which works using magnatism - put one cloth on the outside and another cloth on the inside - moving the inside cloth also moves the outside cloth. Has anyone else heard of this device? if so where can I get one?... please help lady with embarrisingly dirty windows!!

Sorry this isn't a direct answer, but surely you can get people to clean these windows?
Many window cleaners specialise in jobs where the windows are not easily accessible because many people clean windows that are accessible themselves.
If you call round local window cleaners you should be able to find someone willing and able to do the job - good luck!
