Cooking for large numbers of people
How much salmon will I need to buy in order to feed a minimum of thirty people?
I have been asked to cook a whole salmon. For how long will it need to be cooked/

The best way to cook for larger quantities of people is to work out the amount you would cook for two people as normal then multiply up by 15.
In terms of how long to cook for, you should work out the weight of the meat as most ovens and cookers come with a guide for how long to cook dependent on the weight of what you are cooking; e.g. 10 minutes per lb of meat or similar.
