How to copy an email

I need to send copy of e-mailed letter by e-mail. The problem is that the highlighted text does not stay high lighted long enough to copy. Any suggestions Please?

To copy the text without using the mouse and avoiding that problem is simple.

Press ctrl + A to select all the text with the cursor within focus of the window.

Then press Ctrl + C to copy all the text.

Go to the new window and press Ctrl + V to paste it all in.

And there you go - the text from the letter has been copied to your new email!
