i like this and he knows it and some of my friends say he likes me but i dont know he tries to start coversations with me and every time we bump into each other its awkward

Well, I think that you should get to know him a little bit more before you ask him out (that is, if u want 2 ask him out). If he's giving off signals that he likes you, then go 4 it!
