How to get rid of mosquitos

Have you tried using mosquito or fly repellant on yourself to stuff yourself getting bitten?

That's the first step.

Also if there are long, dry grass or wet areas in your garden then try to stop these.

They require water in order to lay their eggs, therefore if you have lots of water nearby then if possible remove that water - for instance a pond in your garden.

Otherwise it may be there is little you can do to keep them away from a whole garden.
