i was very happy that you have post a very good article..
but can you teach me how to sort this problem? i am now a college student, and i have separated with my family to another places to study... i found out the money that i have is not enough for me.... because the food and supply at that places was very expensive.... so, some time i feel very sad because i have to draw some money from my ATM card to have some money... but sometimes i plan to get a part-time job. but my parent was not allow for me to work. they wan me to just concernted at my studies... so i hope that you can give me some suggestion how am i going to handle this problem. thank you

It can be very hard to live on a budget, but many people have to do it.
If you are struggling for many then it is very likely that you are eligible for a student loan in many countries.
There should be a student welfare support officer wherever you are studying who should be able to advise with regard loans and grants that you might be able to apply for and be eligible for.
Good luck - living on a budget is hard and requires discipline!
