How to make an iron steam
I use steam a lot when I iron. But my water lacks something to make the iron steam. I can't remember what it is you add to make an iron or a humidifier steam. Does anyone know?

You should just add water which gets warmed up, and of course causes steam.
Not sure why your iron isn't steaming - perhaps it is very hard water in your area? Could try using distilled water perhaps.
