How to remove pin prick spots
I have red pin prick spots on my bottom and slightly on my arms how can i get rid of these?

This could be a recognised skin condition therefore you should consult your doctor to get it checked out.
There are creams and lotions that can treat the causes of most red pin prick marks however they tend to be quite expensive.
