Dealing with text message bullies

One of the things that has changed since I was at school is the use of technology for new forms of bullying.

I have read a lot recently about people getting bullied at school by getting mean text messages and stuff.

If this happens and upsets you then you should tell an adult so that they can sort it out for you and make sure that it doesn't happen again.

Luckily I'm too old to have had to suffer with text message bullies but yes it just goes to show that technology can be very good and positive but have its downside too.

I hope that people who get bullied this way do tell an adult because it is definitely a form of bullying just like any other that can have a negative impact on particularly young peoples lives.
