Hello Gannet123, I understand entirely how you feel as I suffer with my own image and self confidence. I'm sure you know firstly that to lose weight requires a healthy diet so when you go shopping look at the calories before you buy and don't be tricked by the healthy packaging. You also have to cut all the junk food out of your diet so things like crisps and chips should only be eat in moderation. I cut crisps and chips out for a week and I lost quite a bit of weight. Walking around ofcourse also helps, whether it is just to the shops or on an actual walk. For instance when I went to Chester the shops where quite far apart and the places we wanted to go where some distance so we walked them and despite thinking it was just a walk to the shops it actually got us excercising doing that regularly.

You also need to drink plenty of water and cut out fizzy drinks as best as you can, this will also help with things like spots on your face. You should be drinking 8-10 cups a day of water. It is important to get a balanced diet so not to much of one thing you need to include protein and things like that. Probably a good idea to look at weight watchers recipes on their website.

Lastly ofcourse you will need to excercise and this does not mean going to the gym because I know that can be quite daunting for many reasons. Personally I like the idea of the gym but where I am right now I wouldn't want to show myself to everyone but that is just me.

I would have a look at expertvillage on youtube, she has some great easy to follow excercises to do at home without equipment they are really useful videos to watch and you can go at your own pace.

My own mother who used to be 13 stone and is now 9 stone told me the excercises she used to do to lose the weight were situps, walking and laying down on her side and lifting her leg as high as she could and holding it there for as long as you can and repeat the process however many times you can with both legs. I do situps to and they are great and easy to do once you get the hang of them.

Challenge yourself but don't push yourself to hard and goodluck
